Difícil decisión, uno entre tantos. Pues como soy multidisciplinar y me gustan tantos estilos voy a decir varios que no tienen nada que ver entre sí y luego uno muy especial: si nos vamos a la música clásica escojo este, las Bachianas brasileiras de Heitor Villa-Lobos, con Victoria de los Ángeles (por ejemplo, tengo decenas más que me encantan):

Si nos vamos al jazz, voy a escoger, entre los varios que grabaron Ella Fitzgerald y Louis Armstrong, el Porgy & Bess, que además es de uno de mis autores favoritos, G. Gershwin:

En música instrumental new age, adoro "Songs of distant Earth", de Mike Oldfield:

En Bossa Nova, género que me encanta, escojo "personalidade", de Jobim

En pop, "Échate un cantecito", de Kiko Veneno, empatado con "camino Soria" de Gabinete Caligari

En rock, me encanta este discazo de Franz Ferdinand:

Pero si me quedo con uno es con este milagro de mi adorado Elvis Costello y Bart Bacharach:

La verdad es que preguntarle a un músico por su disco favorito es una putada, pero ahí están los más representativos de mis gustos 8 se me quedan fuera cientos (y no exagero): belle & sebastian, paul simon, acdc, carlos do carmo, chico buarque, pedro iturralde, michael jackso, beatles, rolling stones, van morrison… uf

We went to go see a Michael Jackson impressionist at Stratosphere. My significant other is not a fan of heights. She would not get on “tall” escalators but would rather take the elevators. I don’t know why. I think an elevator is more dangerous. That is what I always see on television and the movies. But I did see an escalator actually go down on the news about a month ago. It was not here though. Wait, I was supposed to be talking about the MJ impersonator.

The impersonator was pretty good at dancing. He was not that good at singing. His backup dancer and band were good though. I just wish the show was longer. It was about an hour. I thought for the price I paid it should have at least been 90 minutes. Life goes on though. You live and you learn.

P.S. I have done six of these things so far.
